How to check Backlinks

Hello all,

In the past, I used a tool known as WebComp Analyst to check my website's backlinks but now it throws some kind of error. That was a paid tool to check backlinks. But now I don't know what to do. Does anybody know any free backlink checking websites which can help me see the number of backlinks to my website?

I have used all the possible online free website given by google results but can't find any of them reliable. If you can help me to find a good online free tool to check my website's backlinks then I would really be thankful to you all.

You can go for backlink watch tool or Google webmaster tool to check the details about the backlinks.

 

There are many tool to check your site's backlinks. You can use Search Status toolabar. Through this tool you can easily check your sites backlinks. Simple right click on this toolbar and check your sites backlinks.

 

You can use http://backlinkanalyze.com/ to check your backlinks

There are many online back link checker tools are working over World Wide Web. You can try following:

1. Back Link Watch (backlinkwatch(dot)com
2. I Web Tool (iwebtool(dot)com

 

Yahoo is down and back link returns 0 backlinks. But I know my website has more than 0 backlinks!

I have been using backlinkwatch, iwebtool, domain-pop.com. I think you should use two or more to check the best one that fits you especially if you want the PR of each of those links.

 

Here so many tools suggested to check backlinks, personally I check backlinks manually by following syntax:
link:www(.)(Domain name)
For example: link:www.cogniter.com
This will show you the number of backlinks for your website.
