    firstly hi guys, i'm new here and i have a few questions.

    i'd like to make a website that provide free unlimited call to worldwide landline and mobile, but the problems now (pc to landline/mobile), how to make that website, i means, where to get the Voip service, and after that, where to get the code/programming language that i should upload on my hosting ? and can peoples make more than 1 calls in the same time?

    if can, i wanna voip call that offer unlimited minutes to worldwide like skype offer (unlimited world call extra)

    I don't think you realize how much work this really is. You need a complete infrastructure unless you're piggybacking off another established provider like Skype.
