    Its simple....... Once I registered a domain name and forwarded to business.com (dont remember why i did that)... but after few days I got the PR of business.com :p I was amused... how stupid is PR...

    There are many sellers even on Fiverr who promise to give a PR within minutes. Nut sure how they do that though...
