I have found a Pr 10 site 5 month old . How is that possible?

It's a fake PR. In the beginning I thought there was a permanent redirect on this site. For example, there is a redirect that you can set up so that people enter and see your site but they see the PR of a different site. This scam is usually done by people wanting to exchange links. They promise you a huge PR for the backlink, while the PR is fake.

Nope, they haven't scammed Google at all. The whole idea behind pagerank is to assist google in determining what order of webpages that will appear in a search result. And if you look at this site, their biggest targeted key phrase is "online business ideas". And this site doesn't even come close to the top 10 pages of that search.

So, the bottom line is that this sit's PR is junk, and Google knows the site's PR is junk.

It's not a PR10 site doing a redirect to them, but the contrary. They are doing a redirect to a PR 10 site.

What kind of script are doing that ? Google has to know about it isn't it.

Do you have consider that he can put links to other website and transfer the pr to another of his website, and so on ... :)

It's a case of using a hidden redirect within the sites code that for normal uses, it doesn't send them anywhere, but for a google bot it sends them to the higher ranking PR Site. This in turn gives the scammers site the higher PR, they then remove this code. However, following the next update, google will de-index the site so google are aware of it.

The cloaking technique is very easy to use to create a fake PR. This is used by scammer who plan to cheat the buyer that lack of seo knowledge.

    Yup, a fake PR oviously.

I can prove it to you:

There are hundreds of pages on that website like,
/* No Need to Visit */
And all them GOT a PR 0 or N/A so the Site was pointed to some PR 10 website and the after the latest PR update the guy on this website changed the PR to 10.

Whenever any domain(mostly dropped cause google crawls them frequently as being old) is pointed to any PR website, after certain time the PR of the website gets updated to same as the pointed one. So pointing your domain to PR 10 website gets you a PR 10. But all the inner pages can't get the update as Only the homepage is directed to the main website rather than the other inner pages.

After the next PR update(may be earlier), the PR of the website will certainly drop to 0 or lesser.

Basically, there are 2 ways of checking fake PR's

    1. the URL shown in the google cache is not the same as the URL of the original page
(this does not work in this case)

    2. The homepage PR has not been transmitted to the inner pages (abnormal difference between both PR)
(this is the case here, as stated in the previous post)

    It is a fake PR

    EDIT
Anyway a real PR 10 becomes today something unusual. Even the White House, Microsoft, Adobe (reader), and several other high quality web sites lost their PR 10 late 2011. Even google.com lost its PR 10 at the first step of the PR update. Strange enough, it was the only site of them which still recovers the PR 10 about 3 weeks later on, at the end of the PR update. The PR decline of high quality sites is supposed to be the result of the very high mass of new links to Facebook and Twitter (which make PR juice of other links lower).
