One doesn't need to "hack" anything to implement blackhat seo. All blackhat seo really is, is going outside of corporate guidelines (yahoo, google etc...) and ignoring corporate rules while making efforts to drive one's site up in rankings! That's all! For those who insist it is decidedly unethical to implement SEO practices that fall outside of the preferred boundaries of another business, I want to know by what standard are they making their moral judgement. It's unethical because we are doing "x" and one should never do "x" - why? What is x? I work for a company with rules too! My company's rule is this: if I (yours truly) fail to drive up rankings as quickly as humanly possible, I get fired. Okay. Now we have a situation where there are TWO companies with diametrically opposed rules! Why am I bound to follow Google's (another company) corporate rules but not my own? So this exposes a certain moral dilemma, a dilemma which exists only because it is incorrect to assume that it is IMMORAL to not follow Google's Ten Commandments. People don't even follow the real Ten Commandments anymore, and lots of folks resent the idea that there is an objective morality. Yet, these same people have NO PROBLEM with asserting some sort of objective moral duty in regards to following Google's corporate rules. Talk about cognitive dissonance! Blackhat seo is just the art of thinking outside the box - that's all it is.

spam. it's just spam. that's all. automated scripts aren't blackhat. everyone bends search engine rules, that isn't blackhat. blackhat is doing stuff like giving crawlers a different page to see than what actual users see (cloak). it's linking only to dofollow links now (stupid, doing your homework gets you penalized...even following the rules is against the rules...). ...the darker side of blackhat is creating stealth/fake paypal and selling replica/bs products without intent to say they're replica or without deliver anything. it's hurting your competitors instead of making your own site better. it's creating a hosting company and rootaccessing your clients files and stealing their content/templates/scripts/software. it's developing a wordpress template for someone else and you put your hidden referral/affiliate link. REAL blackhat is straight up crime. what passes for blackhat these days doesn't even make sense...like seriously, google WANTS a site that only links to dofollow to link to nofollow too (even if you don't need to or want to) in order to look more natural.
