Hi All This is Mukesh here. I want to help from u all guys. I have worked in a IT company for 3 years as SEO analyst. Due to some Problems I have resigned & think of doing freelancing. I am very much experienced of Seo on page & off page. I have full knowledge of wordpress and I am very much experienced in SMO, SEM too. But I am little confused how can i get good projects. I have made account on odesk, but there is a lot of competition. People are bidding for 15$ projects at jst 5-6$ or even at low rate. So pls guys tell me how can I get good projects. I am very much experienced in my work & I can work on every SEO, SEM & wordpress projects too. Hey there Mukesh, First of all, get out of Odesk and Freelancer (dot) com. They are cheap but they are only outsourcing xrumer and senuke x blasts. That's all they are doing. My advice is to build an SEO website and ranking it for SEO Consultant and SEO Expert. Think to yourself for a moment about the mindset of people who search for something like "SEO Expert". These are the people who are not concerned with price. Instead they want someone who will do the job right. These are the people you want to engage with. On the other hand think about people who search google for "cheap seo services". These are the people you might now want to target. They don't value your expertise. They just want someone, anyone, to get some SEO done. When choosing your keywords to rank for, don't just consider the number of searches per month and the level of competition, but also consider where in the buying cycle a keyword fits. Choose keywords that indicate the searcher is in the final stages of the buying cycle. Good luck!
Good advice edgarallen (reputation added). I've seen many claim #1 ranking through Elance, Odesk, Freelancer. There is difference between first page ranking and #1 ranking. I'd say most of those bidders who make #1 ranking guarantees are either one man shows who does not understand how frequently Google change their algorithms.

You can also get projects from Digital points it has a section Buy, Sell or Trade. Go there and you'll find people who are looking for the same kind of services.
