    Nofollow links do not flow pagerank, anchor text or relevance, I still think it is important to get a few nofollow links in your link profile so it looks more natural.

    Nofollow link never pass the PR juice, mean it will never help you in PR
    However, it still help on crawling

    Nofollow link will not pass the juice,but i think it still can help your keyword ranking well.
