I have 3 kids under 5. I was enticed by work at home 'guaranteed tomake you money - real opportunity - no BS' etc etc claims and I actually did fall for a few when my first little guy was born - must have been PND, or the loss of some brain cells - though I will say i am a tad gullible (you think?)

Well, apart from damn hard work learning about SEO and trying and trialing and making some money that way with my site, I can tell you that there may well be people out there who can substantiate these claims, and perhaps there really are people out there who have made a lot of money with these 'guaranteed work from home' opportunities, good for them, but I will say that I think most of them suck, they're untrue, they're deceptive, they take advantage of people who in many cases may be desperate for cash, and who are looking for a genuine way to work hard and make money from home , and these things don't deliver. And the WORST of them have to do with multi-level-marketing ...

The problem with these programs and triangles is the only ones who make money are the ones selling it to you. If it was so great and they were making millions they would never tell you anything so they pretend to so they can make millions off you. Do you see Bill Gates or Tony Miller giving away their secrets? No because they are real. Again I don't blame you....

 

Oh - that's the group selling the .ws (Western Samoa) top level domain as 'website' or something similar...

The idea is you sell everyone on the value of a myname.ws domain for $100 a year, right? The fees are split up and paid to those who made the sale (like all other mlm schemes).

This forum is sufficiently technical that I seriously doubt many here will get excited about their very own domain name.....
