    Home page has low content with flash. Personally I don't like it. Theme will not convert views to clicks much IMO, suggest put the text content into left side. However, You have put Ads in the content which is a good idea to increase the CTR.

    Crap site with no original content. It sucks big time, but not surprising at all Pakistan boy.
    Change your way if you can, if you can't, maybe give up before wasting too much time..

    Up to you really, but the reason is that this is doomed to fail.. Good luck anyway.
