    I've coded a text based mmorpg game in php. It's missing the layout and graphics. Any suggestions where to look for designers who have dealt with similar sites before?

    Also should I look for separate designers for layout and graphics?

    Well you can try on freelancer and similar web sites. Also I think here are people that can do that for you.
