    Last Couple of year i m using WordPress and As per my View use Adman Plugins For Best Implantation for Adsense in Middle of Post and Above and top

    try quick adsense. but personally i feel its better you add the Ads manually, will make things faster

    Hi mate. Best website to make for money is heatmap adsense theme. I think it is free in wordpress.org checkout :) also try codecanyon for plugins for wordpress

    It depends on your need, different plugins offer different ad placement options.
    I use "Adsense Now" and quite happy with it.

    The question is, what kind of theme are you using for adsense!?? I would prefer using an adsense based theme to help you boost your adsense earnings per month.

    Also, don't forget to remove and display irrelevant ads.
