Affiliate Marketing Cash Vault - left CB?

    I have been promoting 'Affiliate Cash Vault' for many months. Now my links are not working, going to a 404 page on CB, and it is nowhere to be found in the CB marketplace. Has the merchant left CB?

    Where can we get notification in future of merchants we are promoting leaving the network?

    Isn't the same parent of Error Doctor? If Cash Vault was removed, would all of there sites be removed?
