    Any tips or help on how I can make the lens part of this attached graphic appear to blink every 2 or 3 seconds like a strobe effect?

    Can you upload a bigger image? The one you uploaded is way too small. It should be easy if you have Photoshop though.

    The only software I have for animated gifs is from Coffee Cup software but I cnnot figure out how to get the strobe flashing effect. I do have a larger image of a similiar one but I wanted to try to keep it about the size as the image I originally attached because it is going on a website I am working for a friend of mine that has an alarm company.... here is a larger version of a similiar one http://storksnmore.net/temp/strobe_big.jpg
