As said, definitely have the ability to transfer by bank wire/westernunion/moneybookers/alertpay/authorize.net. A token system for your site where they buy tokens to purchase goods on your site and pay by credit card for those tokens is good too. Spoke to my banker, and he asked his supervisor, and the deal was that in the end it really is in your best interest to get away from paypal and work directly with credit card authorization companies. Rates are lower, security way higher, and the only issue in some cases is an upfront fee/subscription, but some authorize and charge per transaction and cost nothing up front (that's what i'll be doing with my bank once i get tired of paypal...hasn't been too terrible yet)
