Profitable Adsense Site - $5300/yr - 100% Organic Traffic - Zero Work Required

The website need almost zero work and since its up the revenue is going up all the times. All this income is through google adsense and it fluctuates between $430 to $578. It can easily be doubled if the design of the website is improved, some time should be spent to run it and other channels of advertising are embeded into it. The website ranks no 1 in google for a keyword which is searched gloabally 450,000 times per month .124,716 people visited this site from 1st of october 2011 to 31st of december 2011. 86.49% of the traffic is generic mostly througl google and other Search engines.

The income from this website is 100% guaranteed as this gets organic traffic from search engine and it ranks no.1 in the google ranking for a keywordwhich is searched globally more than 450000 times and the search for this keyword is constantly going up. So buying this website is the safest bet one can possibly have. I am selling this website because i need money to invest somewhere else otherwise i wont sell this steady earner for me.

Unique visitors average for the website for last six months is 38974 p/m and visited pages average for this time period is 2781147 p/m

Please suggest me how much should i ask for this website. Thanks

If I was in the buying mode, I'd offer $3,900. The site's probably worth around $4,500.

The general formula is that it is worth about 10 x monthly earnings, but the truth is it is worth just what you can get for it.

I'd go with Flippa. Generally will sell for the most on there.

Haha thats true but i meant it based on the law of average. I am making that much money for last 10 months without any interuption and without spending any time with the website.

    Flippa would be better

DP is good for selling cheaper websites, and all the people on here (well most) are looking for a cheap deal, but flippa gets a very good quality customer and you should be able to get a bit more for it

Flippa will USUALLY get you the most for your website. I would just see what similar sites are selling for on there and then price your accordingly

Flippa is the best but at the most you can expect to get 15-20X monthly revenue. Depends also on the niche of the site.

definitely use flippa.com and to to be honest, I wouldn't dare take anything less than $4,000 As long as you can prove the income you should find a good buyer in no time, I have a little experience with flippa.com if you need help sellling it just shoot me a pm, but you should be able to sell just fine with nohelp they have a walk through process, nothing complex about it, good luck !!!

The norm is x10-12 months consistent revenue (as opposed to x2-3years valuation for bick-and-mortar).

why do you want to sell a website which is generating you $500 revenue per month, i had suggest keep it and use it as pocket money.

But if you need money then you can sell it for $2000
