If it is automated, then the possibility that your target audience getting more like a spam email is high meaning you are not really able to reach you target audience using software emailing tactics at all.
I've never used this software, so, can't tell if its mails go to spam or not. Are you tracking visits that came through your newsletters? You need to analyze fully a website. As for how often to send them... Unless you have a news site, I wouldn't recommend sending newsletters every day. It's better to make every newsletter count, otherwise the recipients will start ignoring them.
