Use a back link check tool such as tools provided by semrush.

Even when all of the links pointing at your website have been fully counted by Google, you may not find an updated listing published online when you use the link: command on Google. Even websites having thousands of one-way links are found with only some portions of the total links online. This has been a strategy used by Google for months and years and it seems it will keep operating this way even for the very long future.

Instead of checking Google pages everyday to find your newly added links, try accessing Webmaster Tools panel which would reveal a better statistics of your linking patterns. Even if there are thousands of links pointing at your website, gradually Google Webmaster Tools panel will display them to you. Some webmasters believe Google does not show all links through link: command to prevent webmasters knowing about other sites linking stats.

It's a fact that Google hide the vast majority of backlinks. Matt Cutts has publicly mentioned this. The reason is only "SEO" people (or clients) have a need to know this, everyday people have no need to know that information. Plus it can lead to abuse if people actually know all the links to a site.

Just because Google does not show a backlink, it doesn't mean they are not counting and using that link towards deciding where to rank your page for a given keyword though.

You will never see allow of them displayed, thats just Googles policy.

If you use Google web master tool you can see the incoming links , however backlinkwatch is better tool to check backlinks.

Have a look in webmaster tools or if you want to see the exact backlinks of your site you can check on alexa.com or use some utilities like backlinkswatch.com or backlinkanalyze.com
