Cheated by a reputed member of DP

Another one bites the dust. Why do you need to create a thread to cry into, does it help with the grieving process?

 

If you feel the need to create a thread like this one in future I have a suggestion for you.

Title ... SEOChampion/ Mr. Mugambo Woodwards Scammed me for 500 $. Beware he is a scammer

Threads on DP get indexed in Google pretty fast so those guys will be popular very quickly and will want to respond in such threads. I think that would be more effective.

Now you can see this guy has cheated everywhere, he also banned from http://www.dnforum.com/

 

he also has a positive itrader from a guy who wrote this
"Did not pay for domain. Multiple PMs. No Responses. Held the domain for a month"

this guy gain started his business in this forum, his Last Activity Jun 17th 2011 3:30 am, guys beware of this guy... He is trying to scam another guy...

 

Until he pays for your articles, he has stolen them. You may never get your money, but you can get his website removed or dropped in rankings. A whois search of the address or domain name can be done and a complaint can be made about the theft. You can also make a report through Google Alert. Either has the power to remove his website. However, he can take your stolen articles from one website to another and you would have to make another complaint each time he moves. It all depends on whether you want to track him from now on.

 

You have other work also, you can not track your articles all the time...

 

By the way now he is now trying to ruin my reputation, hiring any guy (or may be he himself) and said I have used his article and have not paid him... He dont know I write article myself and I dont buy article from others or I have any team. I am an individual writer, so if any of my client got a mail from any guy dont worry, he just trying to scam you by threatening and want money from your side and ruin my reputation...

I know exactly how it feels to be scammed because I got scammed too by someone here on DP by the person who is using two accounts. I have just reported this incident and still waiting for the moderator's feedback.

I am hoping for the best but I know that person would receive his "well-deserved" punishment. It may not be now but soon..

 

I have just sent you the evidences that I have and you could check for yourself if this person is indeed using two accounts...It doesn't matter if it is a penny of work but it's all about credibility and honesty. People should understand that predicament before making preachy comments.

 

thanks for highlighting this issue. Everyone in dp, especially the new member like me, will surely be warned not to deal with him. If ever this cheater is viewing this thread, it is time for you pay what writer deserves to get.

 

Now with 7 posts this guy says I owe from him $648. Where from this guy come? Now do you the same person ContentConnection?

 

I am the person who bought these 50+ articles from ContentConnections. I had no idea Arijit was never paid for them, and the same day Arijit contacted me about it, I made a deal with him to pay him for the articles, even though I had already paid ContentConnections for them.

Everybody would suggest to move on, but I won't. I know how it feels being cheated. Doing nothing would motivate them to do this stuff more.

If you really don't get the payment, Take a day or two off from your work & post this same message in all the forums you know. Make his life hell. Whenever some1 type's his name or email address in google he should get this fraud message on 1st page of google. So that everyone else will not deal with him. Many people have a practice including me to search email/name in google to know any negative reviews about some1.

I know this does sound ridiculous & many members would not agree with me. But I would suggest don't spare him.

 

Also, today Eric King, who says he was partners with ContentConnection, paid me back the money I lost on this deal (which is the money I paid to Arijit to compensate him for ContentConnection not paying him for the articles I bought from ContentConnection). Eric King said that he felt guilty his partner ripped me off, and it trying to rectify things now.
