    As my opinion, You don't increase crawl rate, If you want to crawl your website, You should try to submit your website in various web2.0 websites like directory submission, social bookmarking, forum posting with the signature.. you will definitely crawl your website soon...

    Do the following:

    1. Bookmark in Digg & Delicious.
    2. Submit the sitemap.xml file
    3. Don't ping Google frequently (yea u read it right)
    4. Update with relevant, quality and unique content.
    5. Use your signature in good forums.
    6. Find relevant subject/topic/news on top news site and comment on them (not for sake, genuine) and tactically use your site link.

    submit your url to google,and do some backlink, and google will crawling soon, but your site is very new, so it will appear in the search result after some days .

    First of all submit your website to all search engine ,then try to indexed your website pages as soon as possible by doing off page activities like social bookmarking, Micro blogging etc. then get back links to your website. with all this your website crawl rate goes high then try to keep this things or keep update your website ..

    I agree with you.If you want to crawl your site then do another thing also like some changing in page content which you targeted for seo. Because whenever google found new and different content on any site then google crawls that site first.
