I've seen lots of people post domains for appraisal with keywords in them like 'Sony' or 'Adsense'. It's important to realize that, not only can the trademark holder easily confiscate those domains - they can also seek damages:

I hope the company suing wins. We are dealing with common theft. Here in Australia we have had similar issues with people ripping off our registered trademarks including very recently ripping off of our Australian registered reptile parties trademark and copying chunks of the Melbourne based http://www.reptileparties.com.au website to steal and rip off our established clients. While it is possible to register similar domains, it is not realistically possible for a trademark owner like us to register all the hundreds of deceptively similar and misspelt variants and that's what the scammers are trading on.A high damages amount is appropriate as a deterrence to other would be bootleggers and where we are headed in a similar case in Australia at the moment. All the bestSnakeman
