    I have for you guys a site that I wish to continue to build upon but no longer have that much time to do so.

    The domain is an exact match for the keyword " Asbestos Treatment "

    As of today here are the rankings for my site:
    Asbestos Treatment==> Google : 4 | Bing : 6 | Yahoo : 5

    The CPC for " Asbestos Treatment"= $57.30

    Of course understand that this does not mean every click will earn you such an amount but it is a good start. Furthermore you can add clickbank and amazon affiliate links to earn yourself more commission.

    Are your articles unique?
    Your keyword gets 210 global monthly searches! On place 4 of google you will get...let´s say 20% of the traffic so you will get 40 visitors per month! If your are lucky than 2-3% from your 40 visitors click on your add! Now guess how much you will earn with this site :)! Please provide some traffic proofs if I am wrong!

    Don´t get me wrong but I think the price is too high for such a niche website!

    That was the reason I first started it at $5. It could be a great website because of all the other keywords related to this site that you can rank for.

    For Example: "asbestos attorney"

    It has a global monthy search of 880.

    Furthermore you talked about getting 2-3 clicks a month. That will be around $100-$150 according to the CPC on google keyword tools. I understand that as of now it is not making but I am selling the potential of this site for people who have the time to invest in it.

    I am not expecting anyone to BIN.

    The site ranks 4th for a term that is a high competition adwords category. Your traffic can increase, however don't expect to earn the $57 a click that you quote. that is Google's average cpc, low trust domains like this one will never see the higher priced clicks that are reserved for high CTR, high traffic sites.
