I'm doing SEO on a website, and the website has an external CSS menu that I can't quite figure out how it works or if Google can follow it.

I'm offering $5 for someone to take a look at it and give me a quick answer whether or not it is SEO friendly. PM for details.

You can upload those css on your server and embed it on your website, by the way, anything that is in between <head></head> section is not followed by google bots unless its <meta></meta>. You should not need to worry about it. Make sure, your website does not redirect when accessing it, that's all. I have tried external css/java menu before.
