I don't mean to steal Noah's thunder but I'm new to blogging and I was hoping I could receive some help as well. I have a few questions as to places to promote my blog (like blogcapture type sites), is my writing style good or is it too silly/not serious enough, is the content good? Am I promoting the products too hard, not hard enough? Is there enough internal backlinking? I know the layout sucks, but I'm probably going to move blogger to my onsite blog to help with that. I'd really appreciate it if I could talk to someone for like 10 minutes and get a few of these questions answers. My blog is at here is an example.

Thank you for the generous offer. I'm currently using an onsite blog but I'm going to convert to a blogger soon. Wordpress won't let you host a business blog without an offsite domain (which the boss won't allow) and blogger will let you change your domain name for free. My questions are more related to improving content/finding fellow blogger's in my field/writing in a keyword optimized format.
