I have a site A on which I have written one tutorial and I want to transfer this tutorial to my site B. I have already done that and have also redirected my domain A to my site B. However, I'm afraid of that my site B might get a Google penalty for duplicate content - because when I check my site B on copyscape.com it still finds duplicate content on my site A even if this website is already redirected to my site B. I'm really afraid of getting a duplicate content penalty. Or shouldn't I be afraid at all as the site A no more has the content that it had? But then why does copyscape still find my site A as duplicate of my site B? Should I just wait some time and it will be OK?
I have redirected the domain in my cPanel where my domain is hosted - via the Domain Manager (it is Permanent 301 redirection).
So you selected the 'Permanent' redirection option in cPanel? If it's a 301 redirect it's SEO friendly and it should be fine. Google just hasn't had the time to deindex the old page.
Hi friends good discussion.....I just want o ask is there any kind of software for writing articles like article spinner etc,if this kind is article available then how much these software are beneficial for the quality content?
