Recent research has shown that drinkers of diet drinks i.e. two of more cans of say diet coke a day, see on average a 500% INCREASE in their waistline! Just goes to show diet drinks are worse for you than the full fat varieties.
Wow... a 500% increase? So if someone had like a 32" waist, and then they drink Diet Coke, they would have a 192" waist on average?
There must be something wrong with your calculations. A 500% increase, really? The only concern with diet drinks as far as I know, is that people are worried about the sugar substitutes and caffeine overuse
Recent research has shown that people will blindly believe anything they read on the Internet and post it as truth without taking into account logic. Where is the study that show 500%? Even the study that shows 70% is crap... Think about it logically... Out of everyone you know who drinks diet drink, how many of them have gone from a normal 32" waist to anything remotely close to 53" (70% bigger)? I don't know a single person with a 53" waist. But I would really like to see the people with a 192" waist from drinking diet drinks. Lol
OMG! If your waist will balloon up to 192" from drinking diet drinks, then how big will your butt get?..........I'm not even sure I want to know!
I agree, most diet drinks are not effective. If you really want to lose weight, I suggest doing an exercise and maintain it.
I got hysteric after the 500% till half an hour and everyone near around me is still laughing on it. People should be at least sensible for what they are posting.
