Hi, Am fresher for seo work(Ideamed), dont know to how bring keywords in 1st postion in short period of time..Suggest me tips to do my work good and effective.

Its really a niche that you are targeting..

First Pick a sub niche where there is a lot of interest.
Do a KW research using google kw tool. Check for the kw which has Min of 10000 searches monthly..
Search in google for that kw and find how many websites are competing for that keyword. IMO if any kw with 30k competition would be easy..Buy a .com, .org or .net domain. Dont go for .info... agin this is IMO..
in order to rank you should have good and seo optimized content. Write 400 -700 word article in ur topic and optimize it for SEO.. I believe there are many topics around which can be followed.
Build backlinks to your site. U can check the buy sell section for the backlinks services. wait for google to index the backlinks..

To get keywords for !st position in Google firstly you have to select low competition & High monthly searches keywords from Google keywords tool then you have to find out the how many competitors are using the same keywords it will be 8k then, after sorting out your keywords use it in your site content also.Then you will get traffic on your site & your keywords may be rise on Google.

 

Use Google adword and use only that keywords which select google adword.
