How to copy incoming e-mails to another server or forward it to a nother e-mail?

We have products that require memberships. Well the consumer can cancel out through e-mail. I just want to make sure that when we receive the e-mail we can have it forward somewhere else as well. For example say someone sends it to . I would want a copy of the e-mail to go into a free e-mail provider like Gmail.

The reason I am doing this for just encase our Outlook Express log ever crashes. Because if that was to happen we would lose all our incoming e-mails... Therefore would not know who to cancel out. That would cause us an array of problems..

    Hi,

This can be done easily. Just set an e-mail forwarder. You can contact your hosting company, they will help you with this. :) Have a good day :D

Or you can try out the free 30-day trial of Google email for businesses. In this case you can view all your mails on memberships.com without any forwarding. You will need access to modify the DNS records.
