every article should be unique. i know this is not an easy job to provide unique article to every directory but it's good for your site for long run. suggestion: you may split the article to different people so the writing style is not the same.

if you spin your article the quality of posting is lessen, yes you can submit a single article to many submission sites. but I suggest that you use different articles if you are going to use Ezine, Triond, Knowl and other high authority Article submission sites.
