Hi, it is best that you spin your article to get better results compared to one single article.

What I know is that if you spin one article to make different variations of that one article, it will be more effective than just one unspinned article.

    hi.
Yes you can post one article into many directories but not more than 5-6 directories and if you do it will considered as a spam by Google. And do not spin your articles because Google do not likes it. If Google caught you , you will be in a trouble.

Yes you can post one article into many article directories for getting back links from these. For UK based article directories you can search out the Search Engine of UK for this. I hope you will be get a lot of lists containing article directories.

I guess 5-6 usage of the same article content to different article sites is enough as long as you're using the same account/author name

every article should be unique. i know this is not an easy job to provide unique article to every directory but it's good for your site for long run.
suggestion: you may split the article to different people so the writing style is not the same.

If your purpose is SEO then submitting the same article on 100 directories may not help.
But if your purpose is getting traffic through the articles then you can submit the same article on as many sites as you want.

if you spin your article the quality of posting is lessen, yes you can submit a single article to many submission sites. but I suggest that you use different articles if you are going to use Ezine, Triond, Knowl and other high authority Article submission sites.
