    Hello
    I am from pakistan i need a paypal account
    I already have payoneer verified card and tried to open paypal account but i was unable to do that
    I have heard from my friends to open a virtual US bank account
    but dont know their office website address.
    If some one helps me in that plase tell me the details
    of Virtual US bank and their official URL or some other way to get verified paypal account for free

    you prob ably need to not write that you are from pakistan when you sign up for paypal because it's probably not supported and thenyou will be Ok. I got the virtual account from payoneer. they ask you for 3 payments from a partner and then you can apply. i am now signing up for my first payments from adsense and paypal (paypal was easy to add).

    We've also recently upgraded the service and removed the requirement of 3 recent payments. All Payoneer cardholders may now apply for the US Payment Service (formerly virtual account), though each request must still be reveiwed and approved by our US Payment Service department.

    The fees were also recently reduced, you can read about it on our official blog.
