    I am selling a niche website which is currently earning 40€ ($50) each month on Adsense alone. The site has 3 unique articles and is at the #12 position for the main keyword and good positions for other related terms. This means that with some SEO effort, you can rocket launch the earnings.
    The website is currently receiving 5000 unique viewers a month.

    January 2012 (until now) - 39.21€
    Alltime - 283,52€
