WP plugin to popup external page during a set interval of time?

    Hey,

    I'm trying to find a wordpress plugin that will popup an external website every time a set amount of time is reached, or every time a visitor clicks on a new page of mine. I've found a lot of popup plugins, but these just open a popup box on the same page (and they are designed more for a personal message). I want to open a completely new external website in a new window. Is there anything like this?

    WP Traffic Tools can do this, but popups will be blockable unless you set it to be unblockable, but then I do not believe the delay will work. (I recently tested a handful of different scenarios and that was what I found).
