    Yes and No.

    Will you find a robot that can actually read JavaScript and predict what the author is trying to do? No.

    Can a programmer study a JavaScript code and program their bot to behave a certain way to comply with the JavaScript? Certainly.

    All executable code can be executed by a bot if the bot is designed to execute the code.
