    Hello,

Can anyone explain me what is the procedure to select targeted keywords also Is there any tool which can give a Google SERP before publishing on the site? I have saw many SERP checker but all those work after publishing a post on a website!

One more thing is I am using Wordpress SEO Yoast Plugin for my website there is a tab called "Titles" under titles there is a option Meta keywords template: so what is meta keywords template too and How can I select this keywords?

    Thanks!

Also, sign up for Google Webmaster Tools and see what it has on your site. If you see any keywords which you are currently receiving traffic from and are close to the top, make sure to target those too!

I don't know if there is a tool that will tell you what keywords to choose for your niche. Look at your competitors. Google them and see what keywords they are ranking high for and follow that lead. Once you track those in analytics and possibly the keyword tool here at DP then you can get some really solid ideas about which ones you will want to target.

There are so many tools available on internet, but the best one is the Google's adword keyword tool, which also gives you an estimate of traffic for each keyword.

Well, if you are the owner of any business then you will definitely know what is your business actually and about the basic services? so you have to arrange those business thoughts into proper English terms so that it can present some meaningful name ... If you are just selecting keyword for others website then just go through the "About Us" tab in the website Or just go through the content of Home page and get idea about the business niche and then try to gather those thoughts, you will get your main keywords and then select some major keywords and then try to find more relevant keywords by using the following tools , once you get any keyword try to compare it with the website and see whether it is a relevant keyword or not?

    Tools to check keywords are:

    1) spyfu[dot]com
    2) semrush[dot]com
    3) wordtracker[dot]com

    and many more ....

I hope you will get some best and relevant keywords by following the above mentioned ways....

Let me know if there is anything else...

this is my process to find the keywords.knowing the product or subject that is my website. I start making a list of how I would search using google.I check the highlighted phrases in the instant search. I review the first 10 pages and I check if the content is what I'm looking for. Then I analyze this pages (my competitors) using spyfu (free version). I check their organic keywords and the paid keywords. then begin to develop a list of search phrases, using this list of keywords I begin to analyzed with Google's adword keyword tool. Im looking for phrases or keywords with a month locally search from 3000 to 8000 a and moderate competition. It's a slow and tedious process, but is the foundation of success. Sean83 I will check M Samurai

    Hello

Google keyword tool is a a great tool to find keywords people are using. All you do is type in what you think people might type and it will tell you how many people used those words and also give you variations.

    Regards
