I am working on a new project and I am looking for a programmer who will be able to work with me on programming a website similar to Flickr. I know there are Flickr clones out there but I am not interested in them. I expect a project like this to run between $2k-$4k USD and I willing to pay that for a good programmer. I am intermediate when it comes to PHP so if you try and bs me I will know. A lot of the basic stuff I can do myself however, I am starting a business plus I have a full time job so my time is devoted there. If you are interested in this project please provide me with your details as well as a relevant resume. I am in no rush to get this done and I expect it to be in development for at least 6 months.

So are you expecting all the functionalities that of Flickr(I meant a clone)or want to build an image sharing site(like imageshack.us/Photobucket) with the necessary functionalities necessary for an image sharing site ?
I am not looking for all the features of Flickr. I am taking some of them and integrating others of my own, that is why I do not want to use a Flick clone script. All in all, I have about 5 major features to start out with. That being said, a lot of what the programmer will do will be correcting my code and working on areas that I cannot do myself.

I have my own layout which will be completely different from that of Flickr. To be honest, this is not a competitor to Flickr. I'm just using Flickr as a reference since it has some of the features I am looking for. To all those who replied to me via PM, forgive me as I have been very busy.
