Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword or phrase appears on a web page compared to the total number of words on the page. As long as your content is informative and fresh, then everything is fine, dont focus too much on the keyword density. Make them 1~3% is good enough generally

I feel this is a great place to step in and say "Don't Feed The Panda!" Ok, so everyone always says you need to have great SEO to get targeted traffic. In order to have great SEO, you have to have Meta this, and Keyword that, lots of backlinks from various places, and a wide assortment of other nonsense. So let me ask you. When your visitors show up to your website, and they can't understand anything in the content because it's all repetitive keyword stuffing garbage... Do you really think they are going to click your ads, join your list, or buy your product? Fuck no! Your readers want information that is useful and easy to understand. Not some jumbled up text that resembles an article written by a 5 year old. You are better off getting great content, and not worrying about how many times you repeat the same word or phrase. If you write about the topic, the right words will be used, and you will benefit more in the end.
As i know, You just need good content, I never consider keyword , so use minimum keyword on your content with internal linking.
