obviously dofollow links will be counted as a backlink/inbound link. and with nofollow links there will be no effect in SEO.

    No effect in SEO?
Nofollow links aren’t that bad :) If not a backlinking credit, they do bring you heaps of referral traffic (provided you are commenting intelligently on niche related blogs).

    Back to OP’s query,
    - Nofollow - Backlinks that do not pass any backlinking credit. But they may, nevertheless, bring streams of targeted traffic
    - Dofollow - By default, backlinks are dofollow. You will get credit for these backlinks.

You can also use nofollow.. It is better to mix nofollow and dofollow to look natural in the eyes of Search Engines.

    Hi,

Do follow blog comments are more effective in the SEO point of view. No follow blog commenting is effective but not much more effective. This no-follow blog commenting helps on backlink counting.

So, it better to choose the do-follow blog commenting process that more important.

    thanks
