    Why don't you use YouTube videos to rank for multiple videos (and drive traffic to your site)?. Video marketing is still hot after panda and if you use automation tools, it's better than the old and traditional article distribution strategy.

    You need to get your link added on high pagerank sites one way preferabbly. Work on link building to improve pagerank.

    After getting a upright position for your site in search engines don't get relaxed.... do some off page seo regularly as said by Jon Hanks... i think it will help you to maintain a good position in search engines.....

    Have you been building links to your site? Possibly your site could be witnessing the google dance. I would advise you to go and get some high quality, high pr links and also relevant links.
