PPC advertising is "pay-per-click". You pay to have someone host your ads, and they get money from you every time a site visitor clicks on one of the ads. As far as advertising techniques and concepts, that's a very large area. You'd be better off narrowing down what you'd like your advertising to do for you, and go from there.

PPC is Pay Per Click..we use it for instant & faster result...where you can pick your highly important keywords & and with these keywords you can not get the google rank in last 2 or 3 months...so you can use ppc for those keywords...

PPC advertising is "pay-per-click". Paid search marketing is the process of gaining traffic by purchasing ads on search engines. It is sometimes referred to as CPC (cost-per-click) or PPC (pay-per-click) marketing, because most search ads are sold on a CPC / PPC basis.

PPC advertising is nothing but you pay for what you get. that means you only pay when some one click on your advertisement. And if you don't get any clicks they no need to pay for that.

Great post! I like how your views on PPC and would like to hear your thoughts specifically on content advertising in Google and if you see it being more profitable than search. I like your point and totally agree with: "There are times, however, where retailers should think more like bigger retailers — if they hope to become one."

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and campaigns are the primary way of advertising on the internet. As of May 2009, the three largest players in the market are Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
