    items priced more give better comission
    what do you advertise ?

    btw the $1025 came from 650 shipped items

    Salad. Actually i have a general blog so i dont exactly promote anything. Will adding an article on wireless technology will get me in that lopp? pixads , i dont advertise anything specifically so i have general and daily deals widgets on my blog.

    that's quite some clicks for just a blog
    take a look at the products you see in the widget... maybe add a widget for electionics or other more expensive stuff

    Your average item is selling for just under $20.

    It's no more difficult to sell a $100 item than it is to sell a $20 item.

    Spend some time and switch your focus to higher priced items, stuff that costs $100-$300 or so... you'll see a dramatic increase in your commissions.

    Instead of that $20 item, had you sold 650 of a $119.95 item, your commission would have been: $6,237.40

    I have one site that targets lower priced items, just to get my numbers up - all the rest of my sites target items that range from $100 to $400.

    I go into some detail in my newsletter... but you'd be surprised... look around you right now... make a list of everything you see - what costs more than $100?

    I just sold a $599 Elliptical Exercise machine today... niches such as health & wealth are really good.

    I've heard of some people doing really great with high end cosmetics... have a sister, girlfriend, wife... do a video showing how this particular makeup is applied... some of that stuff is really costly. (and makes great commissions!)

    Think about kitchen appliances...

    Really, just go to Amazon, select any category, drill down into the sub-categories, and pick the bestsellers...

    as Khadaji as said, you need to bump up your item price range.

    There are two types of products that you should promote in a 90/10 fashion

    90 = high ticket items about $100
    10 = low end products to inflate your commission percent.

    Typically a search criteria should be as follows:
    $100 or more
    10+ reviews
    A star rating above 3
    Has 5 or more similar products to promote

    You should select high price product : Jewelry, Watches as Rolex or HDTV. It will help you make high commission

    You must be kidding me! this is a lot of money. We just struggle to make hundred and you telling me you want to improve? First congradulate yourself with a one day break to somewhere and get satisfied. Then head to maximizing profit! Great job BTW.

    No one has satisfaction. Even if someone make $5000 per month he will look for $10,000 per month. You cannot sit and relax that it will give $5000 every month as anything could happen in search engine rankings. So need to keep working at least to maintain the current earnings.

    Bes ure to choose products which are prices at $150 or above. All the chosen products must have at least 3.5 stars or above.

    You need to check in Google Adwords Tool how much traffic each product keyword and product item has. The total of both should be at least 3000.

    If you follow these points you will have a good flow of average to high commissions.
