    Paypal Will don't care it If not limited both paypal.If you have limited paypal one then another is valid.Valid paypal can be limited for login limited paypal same IP.

    Another good way to think of it is this...in a company of 1000 people all in one building, all of them are accessing the Internet just like we are at home--through one public IP. If Paypal was limited to one account per IP, they would be denying access to a lot of people.

    @thepresence: Your reasoning is logical. I have been using Paypal for the past 3 years without any problems. Initially they called up my telephone number to verify the amount I had withdrawn, after that it was smooth sailing. I just hope there are no problems for my daughter who uses a networked PC.

    its true it is risky i me and my brother had an account each both set up and verified but some reason paypal as they do tried to find a problem with it they couldn't but they still held out money for 100+ days and then limited our accounts and we could never use them again.

    my view is it is a risk and to watch yourself
