What is the best way to find high PR Ranking Blogs for submitting comments

    I am looking for a free software or a way to find out what is the best way to find high PR blogs for a certain keyword. The idea is to submit comments and get a backlink.

    Dude here is a nice little search string for you to search for .edu sites to comment on... edu are powerful what ever page rank they are...

    site:.edu inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments
    closed" -"you must be logged in" "YOUR-KEY-WORDS-HERE"

    try it out man...

    if you're too lazy to scrape blogs, I recommend you to buy a backlink service here on digitalpoint or any other site (fiverr etc) and after you receive your report with all the urls you can start looking for similar websites to post your comments.

    you can find such blogs in technorati. just browse through the categories whichever you want and check out the blog lists.
