    I own kingkongforum.com, a proxy, and I am making $10/day just from my google ads on the homepage. I just put up adbrite ads on the header where the users actually go to other sites but they havent been able to make any money yet.

    I was just wondering what you all thought the sites value is worth. If anyone wants to give me a nice offer I may consider selling it

    traffic was and is COMPLETELY natural. I have never done anything to promote this site or even submit it to search engines, I simply told one friend (yes, JUST one friend) and he spread it and everyone did from there.

    I will get revenue proof up soon


    But from my roughly $10 ad revenue just on homepage plus adspace to be sold on header (10x+ traffic as homepage) do you think this is worth $3,000? still, I'm still deciding on if I should sell or not, just a reminder

    3k is a bit much for a proxy...revenue and traffic is too inconsitent. you could sell for 1.5k to 2k though.

    velocity, from your judgement (other people please jump in as well), should I keep the site and keep earning revenue or sell it and take an all at once large amount. I really dont need the money now but it would be nice to have. I dont have any money, but then again I really dont have any expenses.

    I think you'll struggle to find anyone that will pay over 1k for a proxy site

    I think I will keep it if that is the case then. It has made me almost that much in just the past couple months and is growing well.

    I host it on one of my dedicated servers. It takes 40-75gb bandwidth/month. I was being completely honest about how the site grew its traffic. If you dont believe it thats fine, I think im going to keep the site. Thanks for everyones interest though. Unless someone sends me a PM bid of $3k or more Im ganna keep it in my pocket for awhile before considering selling it.

    if you have a long term stable site, i could see if going for 6x - 8x your monthy income. if its a new site, it would get a much lower multiple...
