Is it just me or FSV affiliate program is down? Perhaps is just temporary.
If not, we may expect another wupload type of flood if remote upload-ing from fsv is gonna be allowed.
I hope Filepost is ready to take the upload pressure that could come out of this?

 

The Filepost won't win anything with this.
Despite keeping the affiliate program, has already begun to suspend accounts that violate the DMCA repeatedly.
The hosts only now agreed to life.

all problems seem to be surrounded around hosts that tend to ignore DMCA, trust me filepost don't ^^ haha - or by companies registered and hosted in the US (fileserve, though under no legal presure, they pussied out)

 

The problem is the Filepost be remove/suspend accounts to all those who violate the DMCA.
At the moment is very tricky choosing a Web host

True Megaupload is registered in Hong Kong but it didn't stop them shutting it down.

The yanks are on a mission to screw everything up, I'm just happy I don't live there.

 

As a person who shares non copyrighted content for a living this concerns me. I have 2000 files active and zero DMCA takedowns from big multimedia companies. I hate what is happening because I am what's known as the collateral damage and it sucks. Why should I be punished for what other people do?? I already moved over from Wupload and that took me bloody ages to organise. So to FilePost I would really urge you to protect yourselves and people like me who use your service properly. And make you money safely and legally (you can see who I am by the account number in my ref link below but Michael possibly already does). I work so hard and I would really hate it if I were kicked off revenue sharing one day just because everybody else is. I have no complaints about the speed, service or quality. It's the best. I just want it to stick around. I don't care if I have to add my face to it and say hey, I'm legitimate. Basically happy to how fight any wanks who try to obliterate success.

Ps i don't know why so many people are complaining, FilePost has been removing accounts known for serious copyright violations even though they aren't legally required pursuant to DMCA legislation to do so.

Then I used US FTP, guess what? Same 500-600 kb/s.

@alex17 - try web form upload, or z-o-o-m.eu about 1 in 20 will fail immediatly, just reset and should be fine - I use it and get abuot 30MB/s

 

I try to RU, but why until these days it still needs to wait more than 24 hours to complete upload? Is it because of free user? I find that some webmaster can post their filepost links for every post within a good period of time. Normally, I RU to others filehosts without any problem except this.
Actually, I want to become a premium user a long time ago, but... any ideas why this happened? Thanks
