    Wordpress sites are best to optimize a site. Most wordpress sites are cached prior then others. You can install various seo plugin's in a wordpress site liken all seo pack, that enable you to customize the title, description and keywords for webpages and many other plugin's like sitemap etc.

    Word press site is very is to optimize in search engines. There are seo plugins in wordpress which makes optimization very simple. All in one seo pack is one of those plugins.

    My plan is first of all find low competition keyword in any market, write an article on it, stuff the keywords at least three times in the article(italics/bold/underlined). Then with the help of seo pack I do the rest by putting tags, mega-tags etc for that particular page nothing more

    There is no software that can do this. You can get a SEO plugin that will help, but to meet the requirement of telling you what to do for better SEO, you need a SEO expert.
