Hope the complete SEO work plan should be divided into two main categories and that is One for Old projects and another for Completely New projects. As in case of Old Projects keyword ranking, backlinks, Page rank and search engine cache activity has to be taken care off whereas in case of new website all such activities are not to be think about. According to me Keyword research, Competitor analysis and Strategy plays a huge role in preparing an seo work plan.
