Is it me or has the remote upload function been broken for more than 24 straight, now ?

 

sabin, remote upload has never 100% been smooth with filepost, if you want smooth stable fast upload, then upload using the website's form upload, rather than remote-upload or FTP

 

This speed is not normal for sure. You can contact our support team (or pm me) your location, IP and may be the software that you use for downloading.

RU is not broken. If you have troubles with any specific file hosting - please pm me your email or contact our support team. That is the easiest way to get answers to your questions.

Yeah, site have few bugs

@FilePost - can you please stop auto-logout if logged in at multi locations? - I log in at home, on my server and on my phone (which is sometimes home IP and sometimse 3G ip)

 

Only one active connection is left when several connection attempts are made at the same time (simultaneously). Are there any really important reasons to be logged into the account from all these places at the same time?

Since you have been following the thread, you should know we constantly upgrade our servers. If you have any specific troubles it is better to describe them and contact support team.

 

@FilePost - erm... I upload from my server, check earnings on my computer, and check earnings on the go on my phone, so... they're never used at the same time but... I end up using them all and when i come back having to log in again is a bit annoying :/ - it's fine just hope you can find a way of pleasing us both

 

If you really find that security is not the matter to worry about, then please contact our support team and provide IPs of all your possible locations ( i believe that would work if they are dedicated - not changed from time to time) and ask support team whether it would be possible to disable the limitation for these IPs. Again, if addresses change often, that may not work.

To be honest, I myself never find it annoying to login again especially when taking the questions of security into consideration.
