Blog Roll link is better. Because the links of Blog Roll are appeared in all the pages of the site, where as the links of blog post appears only at that page.

It is better but not. Obviously to google you might have just bought a blogroll link but having one link on a site is how google really credits you for the connection. The more it is on a theme-based page with keywords the better and shuffle your keywords around and use different ones at times.

Bad advice. Blog roll links do have value, but they appear much less natural even when they are coming from a niche related website as it's plastered on every page. If you're looking for a natural looking link structure, then blog posts are certainly the better option, but be sure to mix some high PR blog roll links, too.

Links in the content have more value than blogrole. So I will suggest Blogpost.

Blogpost links are way better because these are contextual links and Google loves them.

Once you have a link on a blog, you have it, although in a post is better, try to avoid a reciprocal link, unless it is related to your niche.

Blog Posts are better as they're in-context links. G has figured out how easy the blogroll, footer links are to "buy","cheat","game". So they carry less weight than an in-context link which is harder to get (cheat).
In-context links are "usually" surrounded by related text/content around that keyword.
