    Started this site on Halloween night 2010 and it's been a lot of fun and a great resource. I'm actually very proud of it and how much it's grown in popularity since it started out just getting around 10 people a day to now where it's getting 200+ everyday :) I'm not too keen on selling it but I do need the money and don't really have the time to give it my full attention anymore :( I can provide whatever proof is necessary to interested buyers on request (first time selling an entire website but I know how the buying process works).

    ***P.S. The Xenforo License is NOT included. I'm selling that separately for $100 (but someone's already interested in buying it today so you'll need to act quickly if you want to buy that as well). If you don't get it from me you can always buy it straight from Xenforo for $140 - the forum doesn't make any money though (no ads on it). I will include the forum database of course (regardless of whether or not you buy the license from me before I sell it). ***

    EDIT : Xenforo License Sold!!! Like I said, the forum didn't make any money and was for my personal enjoyment really :) Still, I'll include the database in case you want to buy Xenforo directly and keep it going. If not, the loss of the forum means nothing to the website itself (it's not even included in the Google Analytics tracking).
