    I find my site in 2 different rank for the same keyword. My site www.provaltech.com is on the 9th and 32 possession for the keyword "Msp Noc Support". Can someone tell me what happens with google.

    That's absolutely normal. Please check once again, most probably those are two different pages of your site ranking.

    After the first couple of pages this can happen. It has something to do with how Google retrieves the results.

    While change position of google it may happen, for my site also several times it happened. But this problem will be lifted after few days.

    Pages are different naa. Sometimes google shows these types of results. It's pretty normal thing.

    this is not a bug, but this might be possible that your keyword is present at two different pages of you website, so remove the keyword form one of the page.

    A website can rank get multiple listing for the same keyword... But URLs are always different of multiple listings.

    One page cannot get ranked twice but one domain get ranked multiple times.
