    This is a celebrity site, all content are written by me. The site is only monetized in Adsense and didn't try other ways to monetized the site. Currently the site is averaging from 9K - 12k unique visitor according to awstat of my server.

    Most of the traffic are from google search result.

    awstats means nothing, i have a site where awstats shows 4-5k daily visits but just receiving 20 or 30 in fact.
    can u install analytics and grant access?

    I don't think anyone is going to buy this site without proof of earnings..
    You need to show us proof of earnings before I consider further..
    I also have a celeb blog that gets 10k uniques per month and it only makes around $20 -30 per month..
    Celebrity sites generally have a very low adsense CPC.. so yours must be something special if you are pulling in that much adsense cash..

    Thanks for your advice, I've already sent the proof of income to those who are interested to buy the site.

    If you're site having 10K unique per month is making $20 - $30 per month, meaning this site may earn $20-$30 a day right?

    My mistake..
    I meant to say my celeb site makes $2-$3 per month.. I wish it was making more but the CPC is like 0.02
    I do make a little more with some CPA offers.. but adsense is not good on my celeb site..
